iZook Guru's Ultimate Project Build Off
- Truck One
November Update - Where Has The Year Gone!
| Can you believe it has been a year since we started the
project trucks and we still have not finished it? I have learned a lot
about how the Samurai is put together and how it comes apart. I have
always been able to fix things but I never dreamed I would be building
an off road vehicle. Oh the things I have learned! |

After
years of watching Larry install kits from different vendors and not really being
happy with the results I think working together and with the help from great
aftermarket suppliers we now have it right, and I installed them. Even though
the project is still not complete we were able to make two big off road trips
this year to test all of the components.
The first was ZookiMelt and the second was Canada. ZookiMelt is a working event for the staff so we did not get much if any off road time, but Canada that is a different story. No longer do we have just components installed, we now have a system that works very well together in any off road situation! |

So
how is the ride in your truck? We have had every lift known to man with
the exception of a coil kit. The one we will now own for as long as we
own the truck is the Trail Tough YJ SPOA kit. Best ride, best
articulation period. |

Need
a tough front bumper? We spent the good part of one day in Canada on the
wire or up against a tree or very large rock. The ShrockWorks offers all
the protection and strength you need and we can prove it with pictures. |

So is this the conclusion of Truck One? Nope we still have write ups coming on the exhaust, rock rails, lift, front bumper and anything else we forgot?. |
