If so, how did you get this Nickname?
I got it out of a book a long time ago, the name of a Bobcat. I
really liked it, so I hung on to it, and it’s used here and there.

sport of off roading?

12. Who, or what first got you interested in
the sport?
My high school friends, I guess. I bought my first truck in high
school, and went out to the desert as much as I could. After that,
Nate did.
13. Are you involved in any off-road club’s?
If so, what is the name of your club?
From time to time, the Idaho 4x4 club, and High Desert. Not really
an active member, though.
14. What kind of 4x4's do you own?

SAS with Toyota FZJ80 axles (high pinion, e lockers, 4 wheel disc,
the works), Wrangler leafs, OTT Kicker 3 case and Hi Steer, 6.4:1

Since 2000. Bought it stock.

Not as much as I’d like.

All three, depends on where I’m going and what I’m doing.
24. What’s the scariest moment you’ve ever
had off-roading?
We were in Moab, on the Launch Pad, when my Kick case kept popping
out of gear. Launching up, popping out, and rolling back down the
hill was hard.
25. What was the funniest?
When I was dating my husband, one night while out with some friends
we got ourselves lost out in the Boise desert. We drove for hours,
in deep silt so high that it was like fording water. We stopped at
an intersection of power lines, and got out, and had to shake off we
were so covered in dust. Couldn’t tell a person’s skin color.
26. What have you learned from the sport
that you can apply to your everyday life?
Slow down, look first, take your time. Don’t rush through things.

Fly Fishing, Camping, Bird Hunting, Disc Golf, Geocaching

I’m studying to learn to fly Helicopters.
41. If you could give any piece of advice to
a future off-roader, what would it be?
Respect the land, and the community. Learn what you can and can’t
do, and where you can and can’t go in your local territory. And
follow through. We like what freedom we have, we don’t want to see
it taken away.
