Click through for a closer look...Click through for a closer look...The plug wire in the kit can't be any easier to install. They are already labeled for cylinder 1 through 4. The replacement Suzuki distributor cap is made the same way, which makes it pretty difficult to get the firing order wrong.
Click through for a closer look...Click through for a closer look...After assembling the plug wires on the new distributor cap, Amber installs the cap facing the same way as the old one she pulled off. The coil wire gets protected using the stock coil shield which clicks back into place after plugging in the coil.

Click through for a closer look...Click through for a closer look...Before connecting the other end of the plug wires, the plugs need to be replaced. Sometimes the plugs can be a little hard to remove, especially when they have been in there for a number of years. A good ratchet and a steady hand will save your threads. The new plugs need to be adjusted to the stock gap of .8mm. The old ones were so worn that they had (easily) double the air gap which translates to a lesser spark. Then the wires go back in order.

She did better than I expected as she kept hold of the plug instead of dropping it into the oil bucket. She did finally get gooey enough to go running for the rags...
